耶和華說：到那日，我必從你中間剪除馬匹，毀壞車輛，

三百人就吹角，耶和華使全營的人用刀互相擊殺，逃到西利拉的伯‧哈示他，直逃到靠近他巴的亞伯‧米何拉。

耶和華說：你們要等候我，直到我興起擄掠的日子；因為我已定意招聚列國，聚集列邦，將我的惱怒－就是我的烈怒都傾在她們身上。我的忿怒如火，必燒滅全地。

在便雅憫的基比亞，掃羅的守望兵看見非利士的軍眾潰散，四圍亂竄。

哪一邦哪一國不事奉你，就必滅亡，也必全然荒廢。

你觀看，見有一塊非人手鑿出來的石頭打在這像半鐵半泥的腳上，把腳砸碎；於是金、銀、銅、鐵、泥都一同砸得粉碎，成如夏天禾場上的糠粃，被風吹散，無處可尋。打碎這像的石頭變成一座大山，充滿天下。

法老的車輛、軍兵，耶和華已拋在海中；他特選的軍長都沉於紅海。

我要將這國傾覆，傾覆，而又傾覆；這國也必不再有，直等到那應得的人來到，我就賜給他。」

雅各餘剩的人必在多國多民中，如林間百獸中的獅子，又如少壯獅子在羊羣中。他若經過就必踐踏撕裂，無人搭救。

我必除滅以法蓮的戰車和耶路撒冷的戰馬；爭戰的弓也必除滅。他必向列國講和平；他的權柄必從這海管到那海，從大河管到地極。

「我必使耶路撒冷被圍困的時候，向四圍列國的民成為令人昏醉的杯；這默示也論到猶大。那日，我必使耶路撒冷向聚集攻擊他的萬民當作一塊重石頭；凡舉起的必受重傷。耶和華說：到那日，我必使一切馬匹驚惶，使騎馬的顛狂。我必看顧猶大家，使列國的一切馬匹瞎眼。猶大的族長必心裏說：『耶路撒冷的居民倚靠萬軍之耶和華－他們的神，就作我們的能力。』

他用權術成就手中的詭計，心裏自高自大，在人坦然無備的時候，毀滅多人；又要站起來攻擊萬君之君，至終卻非因人手而滅亡。

那時，耶和華必出去與那些國爭戰，好像從前爭戰一樣。

水就回流，淹沒了車輛和馬兵。那些跟着以色列人下海法老的全軍，連一個也沒有剩下。

我要使埃及人的心剛硬，他們就跟着下去。我要在法老和他的全軍、車輛、馬兵上得榮耀。
