“ Yahweh of Armies says: Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying,

The Lord who rules over all speaks. He says,“ Ask the priests what the law says.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts: Ask the priests about the law:

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says. Ask the priests this question about the law:

“ This is what the LORD of Armies says: Ask the priests for a ruling.

“ The Lord of armies says this:‘ Now ask the priests for a ruling:

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ Now, ask the priests concerning the law, saying,

“ This is what the Lord of Hosts says: Ask the priests for a ruling.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ask now the priests[ concerning] the law, saying,

“ The LORD who rules over all says,‘ Ask the priests about the law.

For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth; for he is the messenger of Yahweh of Armies.

You are to make a distinction between the holy and the common, and between the unclean and the clean.You are to teach the children of Israel all the statutes which Yahweh has spoken to them by Moses.”

They shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.“‘“ In a controversy they shall stand to judge. They shall judge it according to my ordinances. They shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my appointed feasts. They shall make my Sabbaths holy.

You shall observe to do according to all that they shall teach you.According to the decisions of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shall do. You shall not turn away from the sentence which they announce to you, to the right hand, nor to the left.
