永恆主的話第二次傳與約拿說：『你起來，往尼尼微那大城去，向它的居民宣告我所吩咐你宣告的話。

他們又將銀子給了鑿石人和匠人，把食物、飲料、和油給了西頓人推羅人，叫他們將香柏木從利巴嫩運到海裏、到約帕來，照波斯王古列所准給他們運的。

我必震動萬國；萬國的珍寶都必前來；我就使這殿充滿了富麗堂皇：這是萬軍之永恆主說的。

利巴嫩哪，開門哦，任火燒滅你的香柏樹哦！松樹啊，哀號哦！因為香柏樹倒下來了，壯麗的全毁啦！巴珊的橡樹啊，哀號哦！因為茂密樹林倒下來了！

這殿後者之富麗堂皇必大過前者之富麗堂皇：這是萬軍之永恆主說的；在這地方我必賜下福利興隆：萬軍之永恆主發神諭說了。」』

基達的羊羣都必集合來歸於你，尼拜約的公羊必供你使用；牠們必上我的祭壇做蒙悅納的祭牲；我榮美之殿、我必使它榮美。

結出與悔改相應的果子來吧！不要自己心裏想着說：「我們有亞伯拉罕是我們的祖宗。」我告訴你們，上帝能從這些石頭中給亞伯拉罕興起子孫來！

利巴嫩的榮耀必來歸你，松樹、杉樹、黃楊樹，一齊來，使我聖所之地榮美；我必使我腳踏之地得榮耀。

永恆主愛錫安城、勝於愛雅各的一切住處。上帝之城啊，有許多榮耀事、乃指着你而說的。（細拉）
