So the LORD energized and encouraged Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, the high priest Joshua son of Jehozadak, and the whole remnant of the people. They came and worked on the temple of their God, the LORD who rules over all.

因此，我親愛的弟兄們，你們要堅定，不可動搖，常常在主的工作中豐足有餘，因為你們知道，你們的勞苦在主裡不是虛空。

在你掌權的日子，你的子民都甘心奉獻自己；你的少年人以聖潔為裝飾，如黎明初曉時的甘露歸屬你。

在一切美善之事上使你們完備，好遵行他的旨意。願神藉著耶穌基督，在我們裡面行他看為喜悅的事。願榮耀歸於他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。

恩賜雖然有所不同，但聖靈卻是同一位；服事工作雖然有所不同，但主卻是同一位；功用雖然有所不同，但在每個人裡面運作萬事的神卻是同一位。不過聖靈顯明在每個人的身上，是為了共同的益處，因為：有人藉著聖靈被賜予了智慧的話語，又有人藉著同一位聖靈被賜予了知識的話語，另有人藉著同一位聖靈被賜予了信仰，又有人藉著這獨一的聖靈被賜予了使人痊癒的恩賜，又有人被賜予了大能的功用，又有人被賜予了做先知傳道的恩賜，又有人被賜予了對不同靈的分辨力，另有人被賜予了各種殊言，又有人被賜予了翻譯殊言的恩賜。然而，這一切都是這同一位聖靈，就是獨一的聖靈所運作的；他照著自己的旨意，個別地分給每個人。

感謝神，他為了你們，把同樣的殷勤放在提多的心裡。

因此，我親愛的各位，既然你們一直是順從的——不僅我在的時候如此，現今我不在的時候更加順從——就當懷著敬畏和戰兢的心，把你們的救恩行出來，因為是神在你們裡面運作，使你們願意並且能行出他的美意。
