Then the Lord replied:“ Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.

The Lord replies,“ Write down the message I am giving you. Write it clearly on the tablets you use. Then a messenger can read it and run to announce it.

And the Lord answered me:“ Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.

Then the Lord said to me,“ Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others.

The LORD answered me: Write down this vision; clearly inscribe it on tablets so one may easily read it.

Then the Lord answered me and said:“ Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.

And Jehovah answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it.

The Lord answered me: Write down this vision; clearly inscribe it on tablets so one may easily read it.

And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make[ it] plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

The LORD responded:“ Write down this message! Record it legibly on tablets, so the one who announces it may read it easily.

Yahweh answered me,“ Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he who runs may read it.

Now go, write it on a tablet in their presence And inscribe it on a scroll, That it may serve in the time to come As a witness forever.

And I heard a voice from heaven, saying,“ Write:‘ Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’ ”“ Yes,” says the Spirit,“ so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.”

and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things.

“ Take a scroll and write on it all the words which I have spoken to you concerning Israel, Judah, and all the nations, from the day I first spoke to you, from the days of Josiah, even to this day.Perhaps the house of Judah will listen to all the disaster which I plan to carry out against them, so that every person will turn from his evil way; then I will forgive their wrongdoing and their sin.”Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah, and Baruch wrote on a scroll at the dictation of Jeremiah all the words of the Lord which He had spoken to him.

And He who sits on the throne said,“ Behold, I am making all things new.” And He* said,“ Write, for these words are faithful and true.”Then He said to me,“ It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give water to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life, without cost.The one who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son.But for the cowardly, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and sexually immoral persons, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

So Moses wrote down this song on the same day, and taught it to the sons of Israel.

“ Now then, write this song for yourselves, and teach it to the sons of Israel; put it on their lips, so that this song may be a witness for Me against the sons of Israel.

You shall write on the stones all the words of this Law very clearly.”

Then the Lord said to me,“ Take for yourself a large tablet and write on it in ordinary letters: Maher shalal hash baz.

Therefore, having such a hope, we use great boldness in our speech,

But as for you, Daniel, keep these words secret and seal up the book until the end of time; many will roam about, and knowledge will increase.”

Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah after the king had burned the scroll and the words which Baruch had written at the dictation of Jeremiah, saying,“ Take again another scroll and write on it all the previous words that were on the first scroll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah burned.And concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah you shall say,‘ This is what the Lord says:“ You have burned this scroll, saying,‘ Why have you written on it that the king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and will make mankind and animals disappear from it?’ ”Therefore this is what the Lord says concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah:“ He shall have no one to sit on the throne of David, and his dead body shall be thrown out to the heat of the day and the frost of the night.I will also punish him, his descendants, and his servants for their wrongdoing, and I will bring on them and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the people of Judah all the disaster that I have declared to them— but they did not listen.” ’ ”Then Jeremiah took another scroll and gave it to the scribe Baruch the son of Neriah, and he wrote on it at the dictation of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire; and many similar words were added to them.

Then he* said to me,“ Write:‘ Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.’ ” And he* said to me,“ These are the true words of God.”

nevertheless, in church I prefer to speak five words with my mind so that I may instruct others also, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.

When she had said this, she left and called Mary her sister, saying secretly,“ The Teacher is here and is calling for you.”And when she heard this, she* got up quickly and came to Him.
