你的眼目极为清洁，见不得邪恶，也不能容忍罪恶。但你为何容忍奸恶之人呢？恶人吞灭比他们公义的人，你为何默然不语呢？

你眼目清洁，不看邪僻，不看奸恶；行诡诈的，你为何看着不理呢？恶人吞灭比自己公义的，你为何静默不语呢？

你的眼目清洁，不看邪恶，也不看奸恶，为何你却看着人行诡诈呢？恶人吞灭比自己公义的人，为何你保持沉默呢？

你眼目清潔不看壞事，你是不能逕看着毒害舉動而不理的！為甚麼你逕看着詭詐不忠的人而不理？惡人吞滅了比自己正義的、你為甚麼靜默不動？

爾目清潔、不視邪惡、不觀橫逆、爾何顧諟行詐者乎、惡人吞噬義於己者、爾何緘默乎、

爾品至聖、惡者爾所不喜、暴者爾所不悅、今人強據我有、何爾反佑之、惡者害義、何爾默不一言乎。

主目至潔、不欲觀妄為、不欲視惡行、今人作罪、作罪或作行欺詐之事主何為徒觀、惡人害較己尤義者、主何為默然不言乎、

Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?

Your eyes are too pure to look at what is evil. You can’t put up with the wrong things people do. So why do you put up with those who can’t be trusted? The evil Babylonians swallow up those who are more godly than themselves. So why are you silent?

You who are of purer eyes than to see evil and cannot look at wrong, why do you idly look at traitors and remain silent when the wicked swallows up the man more righteous than he?

But you are pure and cannot stand the sight of evil. Will you wink at their treachery? Should you be silent while the wicked swallow up people more righteous than they?

Your eyes are too pure to look on evil, and you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. So why do you tolerate those who are treacherous? Why are you silent while one who is wicked swallows up one who is more righteous than himself?

Your eyes are too pure to look at evil, And You cannot look at harm favorably. Why do You look favorably At those who deal treacherously? Why are You silent when the wicked swallow up Those more righteous than they?

You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, And cannot look on wickedness. Why do You look on those who deal treacherously, And hold Your tongue when the wicked devours A person more righteous than he?

Thou that art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and that canst not look on perverseness, wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy peace when the wicked swalloweth up the man that is more righteous than he;

Your eyes are too pure to look on evil, and You cannot tolerate wrongdoing. So why do You tolerate those who are treacherous? Why are You silent while one who is wicked swallows up one who is more righteous than himself?

[ Thou art] of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously,[ and] holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth[ the man that is] more righteous than he?

You are too just to tolerate evil; you are unable to condone wrongdoing. So why do you put up with such treacherous people? Why do you say nothing when the wicked devour those more righteous than they are?

You who have purer eyes than to see evil, and who cannot look on perversity, why do you tolerate those who deal treacherously, and keep silent when the wicked swallows up the man who is more righteous than he,

耶和华的眼睛看顾义人，祂的耳朵垂听他们的呼求。耶和华严惩作恶之人，从世上铲除他们。

耶和华啊，每次我与你争论，都显明你是对的。然而，我还是对你的公正有所不解：为什么恶人总是得势？为什么诡诈之人反而生活安逸？你栽培他们，让他们生根长大，结出果实。他们嘴上尊崇你，心却远离你。

耶和华啊，你怎能坐视不理呢？你仍然保持缄默，使我们重重地受罚吗？

我们的上帝来临，并非悄然无声，祂前面有烈火燃烧，周围有暴风怒吼。

要为不能自辩者说话，为一切不幸的人申冤。你要发言，秉公审判，为贫穷困苦者主持公道。

求你打断恶人的臂膀，彻底追究他们的罪恶。

上帝照着自己的计划和预知把耶稣交在你们手里，你们借着邪恶之人的手把祂钉死在十字架上了。

耶和华要让他血债血还。因为他背着我父亲杀了两名比他良善正直的人，即尼珥的儿子以色列元帅押尼珥和益帖的儿子犹大元帅亚玛撒。

恶人谋害义人，对他们咬牙切齿。但耶和华嗤笑邪恶人，因为祂知道他们末日将临。恶人拔剑张弓要消灭穷苦人，杀戮正直人，但他们的剑必刺穿自己的心，他们的弓必被折断。

耶和华啊，这一切你都看见了，求你不要再缄默，不要远离我。

恶人窥探义人，伺机谋害。但耶和华不会让恶人得逞，也不会让义人在审判时被定罪。

我看见狂傲的恶人亨通就心怀不平。

我对你的所作所为默然不语，你就以为我与你是同道。现在我要责备你，当面指出你的罪状。

连上帝的圣者都无法令祂信任，连诸天在祂的眼中都不洁净，

耶和华在祂的圣殿里，坐在天上的宝座上，放眼巡视，察看世人。耶和华察验义人和恶人，祂憎恨邪恶和残暴之徒。祂要把烈焰熊熊的火炭和硫磺降在恶人身上，用炙热的风惩罚他们。因为耶和华是公义的，祂喜爱公义。正直的人必见祂的面。

你是厌恶邪恶的上帝，恶人在你面前无立足之地。狂妄之人不能站在你面前，你憎恶一切作恶之人。

如果此时你闭口不语，犹太人必从别处得解脱，蒙拯救，但你和你父亲一家必灭亡。谁知道你得了王后之位不是为了今日之时呢？”

耶和华啊，你为何远远站着？为何在我遭难时隐藏起来？恶人狂妄地追逼穷苦人，愿他们落入自己所设的圈套。

你为何让我目睹罪恶？你为何容忍邪恶？我眼前尽是毁灭和暴力，到处是纷争和冲突。因此律法失效，正义不彰，恶人包围义人，正义被扭曲。

我看见一个令人胆战心惊的异象：“诡诈的在行诡诈，毁灭的在行毁灭。以拦人啊，攻打吧！玛代人啊，围城吧！耶和华必终止巴比伦带来的痛苦。”

亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的上帝，就是我们祖先的上帝，已经使祂的仆人耶稣得了荣耀。你们把耶稣交给彼拉多，尽管彼拉多想释放祂，你们却在彼拉多面前弃绝祂！你们弃绝了那圣洁公义者，竟然要求彼拉多释放一个凶手。你们杀了生命之主，上帝却使祂从死里复活了。我们都是这事的见证人。

更何况你们这些恶徒在这个无辜人的家里把他杀死在床上，我怎能不向你们讨这血债，把你们从世上除掉？”

上帝啊，求你不要缄默无声，一言不发。

你们这些毁灭别人、自己还未被毁灭的人有祸了！等你们毁灭完了，就毁灭你们。你们这些欺诈别人、自己还未被欺诈的人有祸了！等你们欺诈完了，就欺诈你们。

上帝啊，求你怜悯我，因为仇敌攻击我，整日迫害我。我的仇敌整日攻击我，许多人狂妄地迫害我。

那呼召你们的是圣洁的，你们在一切事上也要圣洁。因为圣经上说：“你们要圣洁，因为我是圣洁的。”
