流你們血、害你們命的，無論是獸是人，我必討他的罪，就是向各人的弟兄也是如此。

至于你们的生命之血，我必为你们追讨：我要向野兽追讨，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追讨人命。

凡是殺人害命的，無論人或獸，我必向他們追討血債。凡殺人的，我必追討他的血債。

流你們的血、害你們生命的，我必向他們追償；無論是走獸或人類，甚至各人自己的兄弟，我必要他償命。

實在的，流你們的血、流你們性命之血的罪，我總要討罰的；我要向各樣走獸討罰：向人的手、向每一個人兄弟的手、討罰那害人性命的罪。

至於你們的生命之血，我必為你們追討：我要向野獸追討，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追討人命。

有流爾血、害爾命者、或獸或人、我必討之、凡害人命者、我必討之、

或獸傷人、或人相殺、凡流血殞命、殘害兄弟者、我必伸其冤。

有害爾命流爾血者、或獸或人、我必討其罪、人與人為兄弟、人若害人命、我必討其罪、

And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.

I will certainly hold someone accountable if you are murdered. I will even hold animals accountable if they kill you. I will also hold anyone accountable who murders another person.

And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.

“ And I will require the blood of anyone who takes another person’s life. If a wild animal kills a person, it must die. And anyone who murders a fellow human must die.

And I will require a penalty for your lifeblood; I will require it from any animal and from any human; if someone murders a fellow human, I will require that person’s life.

I certainly will require your lifeblood; from every animal I will require it. And from every person, from every man as his brother I will require the life of a person.

Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man’s brother I will require the life of man.

And surely your blood, the blood of your lives, will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, will I require the life of man.

I will require the life of every animal and every man for your life and your blood. I will require the life of each man’s brother for a man’s life.

And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.

For your lifeblood I will surely exact punishment, from every living creature I will exact punishment. From each person I will exact punishment for the life of the individual since the man was his relative.

I will surely require accounting for your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.

「牛若觸死男人或是女人，總要用石頭打死那牛，卻不可吃牠的肉；牛的主人可算無罪。倘若那牛素來是觸人的，有人報告了牛主，他竟不把牛拴着，以致把男人或是女人觸死，就要用石頭打死那牛，牛主也必治死。

耶和華對該隱說：「你兄弟亞伯在哪裏？」他說：「我不知道！我豈是看守我兄弟的嗎？」耶和華說：「你做了甚麼事呢？你兄弟的血有聲音從地裏向我哀告。

「打人以致打死的，必要把他治死。

叫世上所流義人的血都歸到你們身上，從義人亞伯的血起，直到你們在殿和壇中間所殺的巴拉加的兒子撒迦利亞的血為止。

不可在民中往來搬弄是非，也不可與鄰舍為敵，置之於死。我是耶和華。

因為那追討流人血之罪的－他記念受屈的人，不忘記困苦人的哀求。

故殺人、犯死罪的，你們不可收贖價代替他的命；他必被治死。那逃到逃城的人，你們不可為他收贖價，使他在大祭司未死以先再來住在本地。這樣，你們就不污穢所住之地，因為血是污穢地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那殺人者的血，那地就不得潔淨。

「在耶和華－你神所賜你為業的地上，若遇見被殺的人倒在田野，不知道是誰殺的，長老和審判官就要出去，從被殺的人那裏量起，直量到四圍的城邑，看哪城離被殺的人最近，那城的長老就要從牛羣中取一隻未曾耕地、未曾負軛的母牛犢，把母牛犢牽到流水、未曾耕種的山谷去，在谷中打折母牛犢的頸項。祭司利未的子孫要近前來；因為耶和華－你的神揀選了他們事奉他，奉耶和華的名祝福，所有爭訟毆打的事都要憑他們判斷。那城的眾長老，就是離被殺的人最近的，要在那山谷中，在所打折頸項的母牛犢以上洗手，禱告說：『我們的手未曾流這人的血；我們的眼也未曾看見這事。耶和華啊，求你赦免你所救贖的以色列民，不要使流無辜血的罪歸在你的百姓以色列中間。』這樣，流血的罪必得赦免。你行耶和華眼中看為正的事，就可以從你們中間除掉流無辜血的罪。」

他從一本造出萬族的人，住在全地上，並且預先定準他們的年限和所住的疆界，
