洪水氾濫及至四旬、水勢洶湧、舟浮於地。

霪雨四旬、晝夜不息。

耶和華曰、將以我所造之人、翦滅於地、以及牲畜、昆蟲、飛鳥、然此雖由我作、我則悔焉。

我必令洪水氾濫於地、翦滅億兆、天下凡有血氣者、必淪胥以亡。

上帝謂挪亞曰、緣世億兆、暴虐徧行、我必翦滅、使之云亡。○

不期大河忽決、而惡人與室廬悉遭淹沒。

耶和華又曰、秋前三月、我不降雨、惟雨一邑、他邑不雨、惟潤一田、他田不潤、遂致荒蕪、

更待七日、放鴿、鴿不復返。○

如有勝敵者、可衣白衣、厥名在生命書、余不塗抹、必認之於我父與厥使者前、

維彼姓氏、載於生命之書、爾其塗抹、毋與義人同錄兮。

權衡四風、量度諸水、

天朗氣爽、靉靆俱散、氣候推遷、俱遵主命、行乎天下、皆成其意、

七日後、洪水氾濫於天下。

當與利亞盈其七日之期、則以拉結予爾嗣後爾必役事我、更歷七年。雅各從其言、與利亞盈其七日之期、後拉班亦以拉結妻之。

請爾恕之、不然、則我名錄於爾書者、爾其塗抹。耶和華曰、獲罪我者、其名錄於書、我必塗抹。

耶和華曰、人既縱欲、我神必不恆牖其衷、然尚可延其生命、至於一百二十年。

以一勺之水、興雲致雨、空中霢霂、常沾常足、天雲羅布、雷聲震轟、烏乎測之、電閃穹蒼、覆幬海底、或誅殛惡民、或廣生百穀、或以雷電、任意震擊、

昆蟲禽獸、六畜、與人、以及生物動於地者、俱已沉沒。凡在陸地、有鼻可通呼吸者、咸就死亡。在地民族、及各生物、昆蟲、六畜、飛鳥、一切翦滅、獨挪亞與在舟者得存。

待至七日、復放鴿出、
