Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made.”

洪水氾濫於地四旬、水勢洶洶、使舟起浮於地上、

注雨於地四十晝夜、

主曰、我所造之人、將滅於地、由人以及牲畜昆蟲飛鳥、因我造之悔矣、

我必使洪水氾濫於地、以翦滅天下一切有血氣之生物、凡在地者必滅亡、

天主謂挪亞曰、凡有血氣者將被我翦滅、因其強暴徧行、我將滅之於地、

彼未及期而見除、洪水沖沒其基、

穡前三月、我禁止雨降、降雨於一邑、不降雨於他邑、一田得雨、他田不得雨、遂致乾旱、

更待七日、放鴿出舟不復返、

得勝者必衣白衣、其名在生命册、我不塗抹、必認其名在我父及父之眾使者前、

使其名見抹於生命册、不得與善人同錄、

權衡四風、量度諸水、

使潤氣蒸於密雲、使雲霞鋪散、雲氣以天主之旨旋轉游行、所行於地、皆遵天主之命、

七日後、洪水氾濫於地、

當與利亞滿七日之期、我亦以拉結予爾、爾復役事我七年、雅各從其言、滿七日之期、拉班以女拉結予之為妻、

今求主免其罪、不然、求主塗抹我名於主所錄之册、主諭摩西曰、孰獲罪於我、我將塗其名於我之册、

地未生草木、未生菜蔬、因耶和華天主未降雨於地、亦無人耕地、

主曰、人既為肉體、我之神不恆居於其內、或作我之神不永與之爭姑容其一百二十年、或作以後其壽命至一百二十年

攝取水滴、變霧為雨、由雲中淋漓、降於萬人、密雲鋪遍空中、天主幕內雷聲震轟、誰能測度、天主使光明普照其上、且以覆海底、亦以此或懲罰列民、或豐裕賜食於人、手持電光、命以罰敵、

地上各類生物、飛鳥六畜百獸、動於地之昆蟲以及人類、皆滅亡、凡在陸地、有鼻可通呼吸者、咸就死亡、地上各類生物、自人及六畜百獸昆蟲飛鳥、皆滅於地、獨挪亞與在舟者得存、

又待七日、復放鴿出、
