她們去買的時候，新郎到了。那預備好了的，同他進去坐席，門就關了。

及至家主起來關了門，你們站在外面叩門，說：『主啊，給我們開門！』他就回答說：『我不認識你們，不曉得你們是哪裏來的！』

凡潔淨的畜類，你要帶七公七母；不潔淨的畜類，你要帶一公一母；空中的飛鳥也要帶七公七母，可以留種，活在全地上；

住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。我要論到耶和華說：他是我的避難所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。他必救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅和毒害的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的誠實是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛的箭，也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得臨近你。你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。耶和華是我的避難所；你已將至高者當你的居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害也不挨近你的帳棚。

回到家裏，關上門，你和你兒子在裏面將油倒在所有的器皿裏，倒滿了的放在一邊。」於是，婦人離開以利沙去了，關上門，自己和兒子在裏面；兒子把器皿拿來，她就倒油。

永生的神是你的居所；他永久的膀臂在你以下。他在你前面攆出仇敵，說：毀滅吧。

你就坦然行路，不致碰腳。

所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，

你們這因信蒙神能力保守的人，必能得着所預備、到末世要顯現的救恩。

我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟着我。我又賜給他們永生；他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裏把他們奪去。我父把羊賜給我，他比萬有都大，誰也不能從我父手裏把他們奪去。我與父原為一。」
