那些進去的，都是有生命的，一公一母進去，是照著神吩咐挪亞的。耶和華跟著就把方舟關起來。

她們去買油的時候，新郎來了；準備好了的童女就和他一同進去參加婚筵，門就關上了。

等到家主起來關上門，你們站在門外叩門說：‘主啊，給我們開門！’他要回答你們：‘我不知道你們是從哪裡來的。’

潔淨的牲畜，你要各帶七公七母；不潔淨的牲畜，你要各帶一公一母；空中的飛鳥，也要各帶七公七母，以便傳種，活在全地上；

住在至高者的隱密處的，必在全能者的蔭庇下安居。我要對耶和華說：“你是我的避難所，我的保障，你是我的神，我所倚靠的。”他必救你脫離捕鳥的人的網羅，脫離致命的瘟疫。他必用自己的羽毛遮蓋你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信實像盾牌，像堅壘。你不必害怕黑夜的驚恐，或是白日的飛箭；也不必害怕黑暗中流行的瘟疫，或是在正午把人毀滅的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你的左邊，萬人仆倒在你的右邊，但災害必不臨近你。不過你要親眼觀看，看見惡人遭報。你既然把耶和華當作自己的避難所，把至高者當作自己的居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害必不臨近你的帳棚。

然後回去，把你和你兒子關在家裡，你要把油倒在所有器皿裡面，裝滿了的就放在一邊。”於是婦人離開了他，把自己和兒子關在門內；她的兒子不住地把器皿拿到她面前，她就把油倒進去。

亙古的神是你的居所；他永久的膀臂在你以下。他把仇敵從你面前趕出去，他發令說：‘毀滅吧！’

你就可以安然走路，你的腳必不致絆倒。

因此，地雖然震動，群山雖然崩塌入海洋的深處，我們也不害怕。

就是你們這因信蒙神能力保守的人，得著預備在末世要顯現的救恩。

我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟隨我。我賜給他們永生，他們永不滅亡，誰也不能把他們從我手裡奪去。那位把羊群賜給我的父比一切都大，也沒有人能把他們從我父的手裡奪去。我與父原為一。”
