The Lord then said to Noah,“ Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.

主諭挪亞云、我於斯世、惟見爾為義於我前、爾偕眷屬、可登方舟、

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Go into the ark with your whole family. I know that you are a godly man among the people of today.

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation.

When everything was ready, the Lord said to Noah,“ Go into the boat with all your family, for among all the people of the earth, I can see that you alone are righteous.

Then the LORD said to Noah,“ Enter the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you alone are righteous before me in this generation.

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Enter the ark, you and all your household, for you alone I have seen to be righteous before Me in this generation.

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation.

And Jehovah said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Then the Lord said to Noah,“ Enter the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you alone are righteous before Me in this generation.

And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

The LORD said to Noah,“ Come into the ark, you and all your household, for I consider you godly among this generation.

Yahweh said to Noah,“ Come with all of your household into the ship, for I have seen your righteousness before me in this generation.

This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.

On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark;and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others;if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly;and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed by the depraved conduct of the lawless( for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)—if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment.

And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives entered the ark to escape the waters of the flood.

to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water,

“ Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man.

By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.

so that you may become blameless and pure,“ children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the skyas you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

and said to him,“ Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”As I listened, he said to the others,“ Follow him through the city and kill, without showing pity or compassion.Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the old men who were in front of the temple.

Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the Lord’s anger.

The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off— for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what their hands have done.

Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer.

The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.The name of the righteous is used in blessings, but the name of the wicked will rot.

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love,to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.I will say of the Lord,“ He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.If you say,“ The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling,no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.

From six calamities he will rescue you; in seven no harm will touch you.In famine he will deliver you from death, and in battle from the stroke of the sword.You will be protected from the lash of the tongue, and need not fear when destruction comes.You will laugh at destruction and famine, and need not fear the wild animals.For you will have a covenant with the stones of the field, and the wild animals will be at peace with you.You will know that your tent is secure; you will take stock of your property and find nothing missing.

Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge.

Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.

Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death.The righteousness of the blameless makes their paths straight, but the wicked are brought down by their own wickedness.The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but the unfaithful are trapped by evil desires.Hopes placed in mortals die with them; all the promise of their power comes to nothing.The righteous person is rescued from trouble, and it falls on the wicked instead.
