Two of every kind of bird, of every kind of animal and of every kind of creature that moves along the ground will come to you to be kept alive.

Two of every kind of bird will come to you. Two of every kind of animal will also come to you. And so will two of every kind of creature that moves along the ground. All of them will be kept alive with you.

Of the birds according to their kinds, and of the animals according to their kinds, of every creeping thing of the ground, according to its kind, two of every sort shall come in to you to keep them alive.

Pairs of every kind of bird, and every kind of animal, and every kind of small animal that scurries along the ground, will come to you to be kept alive.

潔淨的動物、不潔淨的動物、飛禽和地上的一切爬蟲，都一公一母成對地到挪亞那裡，進了方舟，正如上帝對挪亞的吩咐。那七天過後，洪水在地上氾濫起來。挪亞六百歲那年的二月十七日，所有深淵的泉源都裂開了，天上的水閘也打開了，地上傾盆大雨降了四十晝夜。那天，挪亞與他的兒子閃、含和雅弗，還有挪亞的妻子和三個兒媳婦都進了方舟。所有的野獸、牲畜、地上的爬蟲和飛鳥都按種類進入方舟。這些動物都一公一母成對地到挪亞那裡，進入方舟，正如上帝對挪亞的吩咐。耶和華關上了方舟的門。

耶和華上帝用塵土造了各種田野的走獸和空中的飛鳥，把牠們帶到那人跟前，看他怎麼稱呼這些動物。他叫這些動物什麼，牠們的名字就是什麼。

但你們卻不肯到我這裡來得生命。

上帝說：「水中要充滿各種動物，空中要有禽鳥飛翔。」上帝就造了海中的大魚等各類水族和各類禽鳥。上帝看了，感到滿意。上帝賜福給這一切生物，說：「水族要生養繁殖，充滿海洋，禽鳥也要在地上多多地繁殖。」晚上過去，早晨到來，這是第五天。上帝說：「大地要繁衍各類動物——各類的牲畜、爬蟲和野獸。」果然如此。

上帝賜福給他們，對他們說：「你們要生養眾多，遍佈地面，治理大地，管理海裡的魚、空中的鳥以及地上的各種動物。」

看見天開了，有一樣東西好像一大塊布，四角吊著降到地上，裡面有各種天上的飛禽、地上的爬蟲和四足的走獸。
