耶和華的約櫃運進大衛城的時候，掃羅的女兒米甲從窗戶往外觀看，看見大衛王在耶和華面前跳躍舞蹈，心裡就鄙視他。

耶戶到了耶斯列。耶洗別已經聽聞，就塗眼梳頭，從窗戶裡往外觀望。

那些進去的，都是有生命的，一公一母進去，是照著神吩咐挪亞的。耶和華跟著就把方舟關起來。

等到家主起來關上門，你們站在門外叩門說：‘主啊，給我們開門！’他要回答你們：‘我不知道你們是從哪裡來的。’

過了四十天，挪亞開了他所做的方舟的窗戶，
