So God said to Noah,“ I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth.

神对挪亚说：“一切血肉之躯的结局已经来到我面前，因为他们使大地充满了残暴；看哪，我要把他们与这地一起毁灭！

上帝就對挪亞說：『凡有血肉的，我決定要結束他們的生命了，因為全地都因了他們而滿有強暴；看吧，我要把他們、連全地、都毁滅。

神對挪亞說：「一切血肉之軀的結局已經來到我面前，因為他們使大地充滿了殘暴；看哪，我要把他們與這地一起毀滅！

上帝諭挪亞曰、凡有血氣者、厥期已盡、蓋其強暴遍滿於地、我將倂地而滅之、

上帝謂挪亞曰、緣世億兆、暴虐徧行、我必翦滅、使之云亡。○

天主謂挪亞曰、凡有血氣者將被我翦滅、因其強暴徧行、我將滅之於地、

So God said to Noah,“ I am going to put an end to everyone. They have filled the earth with their harmful acts. I am certainly going to destroy them and the earth.

And God said to Noah,“ I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

So God said to Noah,“ I have decided to destroy all living creatures, for they have filled the earth with violence. Yes, I will wipe them all out along with the earth!

Then God said to Noah,“ I have decided to put an end to every creature, for the earth is filled with wickedness because of them; therefore I am going to destroy them along with the earth.

Then God said to Noah,“ The end of humanity has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of people; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth.

And God said to Noah,“ The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

Then God said to Noah,“ I have decided to put an end to every creature, for the earth is filled with wickedness because of them; therefore I am going to destroy them along with the earth.

So God said to Noah,“ I have decided that all living creatures must die, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. Now I am about to destroy them and the earth.

God said to Noah,“ I will bring an end to all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them and the earth.

The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.

“ Son of man, this is what the Sovereign Lord says to the land of Israel:“‘ The end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land!The end is now upon you, and I will unleash my anger against you. I will judge you according to your conduct and repay you for all your detestable practices.I will not look on you with pity; I will not spare you. I will surely repay you for your conduct and for the detestable practices among you.“‘ Then you will know that I am the Lord.’“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ Disaster! Unheard- of disaster! See, it comes!The end has come! The end has come! It has roused itself against you. See, it comes!

Hear the word of the Lord, you Israelites, because the Lord has a charge to bring against you who live in the land:“ There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land.There is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed.

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly livesas you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.

Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of violence.God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.

“ Simeon and Levi are brothers— their swords are weapons of violence.

“ What do you see, Amos?” he asked.“ A basket of ripe fruit,” I answered. Then the Lord said to me,“ The time is ripe for my people Israel; I will spare them no longer.

I looked at the earth, and it was formless and empty; and at the heavens, and their light was gone.I looked at the mountains, and they were quaking; all the hills were swaying.I looked, and there were no people; every bird in the sky had flown away.I looked, and the fruitful land was a desert; all its towns lay in ruins before the Lord, before his fierce anger.This is what the Lord says:“ The whole land will be ruined, though I will not destroy it completely.Therefore the earth will mourn and the heavens above grow dark, because I have spoken and will not relent, I have decided and will not turn back.”

The Nephilim were on the earth in those days— and also afterward— when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

You who live by many waters and are rich in treasures, your end has come, the time for you to be destroyed.

By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.
