Let me not enter their council, let me not join their assembly, for they have killed men in their anger and hamstrung oxen as they pleased.

I won’t share in their plans. I won’t have anything to do with them. They became angry and killed people. They cut the legs of oxen just for the fun of it.

使予謳歌不輟、謝我之上帝耶和華、永世靡窮兮。

惡者之謀兮弗從、罪人之途兮弗蹤、侮慢之位不居兮、福祉來降。

惡人在位、立法不善、爾豈佑之兮、彼也虐遇善士欲殺無辜兮、

吾心之神、惟耶和華是頌、譽其聖名兮、

耶利米曰、我聞吹角戰鬥之聲、我心戚戚、中懷不安、不禁哀鳴。

違逆上帝、罪惡貫盈、上帝必降罰、使自罹詭謀、而取其戾。

越三日、痛未痊、雅各二子、底拿兄、西面利未、各執刃、毅然侵邑、殺其丁男。以刃戮哈抹及示劍、攜底拿出其室而去。

如彼曰、爾我偕行、我匿於歧途、見無辜者殺之。

上帝兮、維彼惡黨、爾必降罰、爾曹殺人者、當離我甚遠兮、

爾小子、斷勿從之、毋行此徑。彼作惡、殺人流血、惟恐不速。
