Let me not enter their council, let me not join their assembly, for they have killed men in their anger and hamstrung oxen as they pleased.

I won’t share in their plans. I won’t have anything to do with them. They became angry and killed people. They cut the legs of oxen just for the fun of it.

My son, do not walk in the way with them, Keep your foot from their path;For their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed blood.

Do not take me away with the wicked And with the workers of iniquity, Who speak peace to their neighbors, But evil is in their hearts.
