“先祖嫉妒约瑟，把他卖到埃及去；神却与他同在，

有些米甸的商人从那里经过，哥哥们就把约瑟从坑里拉上来，讲定二十舍客勒银子，把约瑟卖给以实玛利人。他们就把约瑟带到埃及去了。

他们必住在我赐给我仆人雅各的地上，就是你们列祖所住之地。他们和他们的子孙，并子孙的子孙，都永远住在那里。我的仆人大卫必作他们的王，直到永远。并且我要与他们立平安的约，作为永约。我也要将他们安置在本地，使他们的人数增多，又在他们中间设立我的圣所，直到永远。

大山可以挪开，小山可以迁移；但我的慈爱必不离开你；我平安的约也不迁移。这是怜恤你的耶和华说的。”

在他们以先打发一个人去，约瑟被卖为奴仆。人用脚镣伤他的脚；他被铁链捆拘。耶和华的话试炼他，直等到他所说的应验了。王打发人把他解开，就是治理众民的，把他释放，立他作王家之主，掌管他一切所有的，使他随意捆绑他的臣宰，将智慧教导他的长老。

愿颂赞归与我们主耶稣基督的父神！他在基督里曾赐给我们天上各样属灵的福气：

愿全能的神赐福给你，使你生养众多，成为多族，将应许亚伯拉罕的福赐给你和你的后裔，使你承受你所寄居的地为业，就是神赐给亚伯拉罕的地。”

他的后裔要存到永远；他的宝座在我面前如日之恒一般，

他就上前与父亲亲嘴。他父亲一闻他衣服上的香气，就给他祝福，说：“我儿的香气如同耶和华赐福之田地的香气一样。愿神赐你天上的甘露，地上的肥土，并许多五谷新酒。愿多民侍奉你，多国跪拜你。愿你作你弟兄的主；你母亲的儿子向你跪拜。凡咒诅你的，愿他受咒诅；为你祝福的，愿他蒙福。”

“你晓谕以色列人说：无论男女许了特别的愿，就是拿细耳人的愿，要离俗归耶和华。

我要使他的仇敌披上羞耻；但他的冠冕要在头上发光。”
