神又對他說：「我是全能的神；你要生養眾多，將來有一族和多國的民從你而生，又有君王從你而出。

以下是神人摩西在未死之先為以色列人所祝的福：

你們要先求他的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。

因為耶和華－神是日頭，是盾牌，要賜下恩惠和榮耀。他未嘗留下一樣好處不給那些行動正直的人。

所以無論誰，都不可拿人誇口，因為萬有全是你們的。或保羅，或亞波羅，或磯法，或世界，或生，或死，或現今的事，或將來的事，全是你們的；

家宰說：「你們可以放心，不要害怕，是你們的神和你們父親的神賜給你們財寶在你們的口袋裏；你們的銀子，我早已收了。」他就把西緬帶出來，交給他們。

願神賜你天上的甘露，地上的肥土，並許多五穀新酒。

你若聽從耶和華－你神的話，這以下的福必追隨你，臨到你身上：你在城裏必蒙福，在田間也必蒙福。你身所生的，地所產的，牲畜所下的，以及牛犢、羊羔，都必蒙福。你的筐子和你的摶麵盆都必蒙福。你出也蒙福，入也蒙福。「仇敵起來攻擊你，耶和華必使他們在你面前被你殺敗；他們從一條路來攻擊你，必從七條路逃跑。在你倉房裏，並你手所辦的一切事上，耶和華所命的福必臨到你。耶和華－你神也要在所給你的地上賜福與你。你若謹守耶和華－你神的誡命，遵行他的道，他必照着向你所起的誓立你作為自己的聖民。天下萬民見你歸在耶和華的名下，就要懼怕你。你在耶和華向你列祖起誓應許賜你的地上，他必使你身所生的，牲畜所下的，地所產的，都綽綽有餘。耶和華必為你開天上的府庫，按時降雨在你的地上。在你手裏所辦的一切事上賜福與你。你必借給許多國民，卻不致向他們借貸。

論約瑟說：願他的地蒙耶和華賜福，得天上的寶物、甘露，以及地裏所藏的泉水；得太陽所曬熟的美果，月亮所養成的寶物；得上古之山的至寶，永世之嶺的寶物；得地和其中所充滿的寶物，並住荊棘中上主的喜悅。願這些福都歸於約瑟的頭上，歸於那與弟兄迥別之人的頂上。他為牛羣中頭生的，有威嚴；他的角是野牛的角，用以牴觸萬邦，直到地極。這角是以法蓮的萬萬，瑪拿西的千千。

使我平平安安地回到我父親的家，我就必以耶和華為我的神。

恐怕你心裏說：『這貨財是我力量、我能力得來的。』
