俟我與祖父偕眠時、必攜我出埃及、葬於先人之兆、曰、必循爾命而行、

我与我祖我父同睡的时候，你要将我带出埃及，葬在他们所葬的地方。”约瑟说：“我必遵着你的命而行。”

but when I rest with my fathers, carry me out of Egypt and bury me where they are buried.”“ I will do as you say,” he said.

When I die, please take my body out of Egypt and bury me with my ancestors.” So Joseph promised,“ I will do as you ask.”

When I rest with my ancestors, carry me away from Egypt and bury me in their burial place.” Joseph answered,“ I will do what you have asked.”

but when I lie down with my fathers, you shall carry me out of Egypt and bury me in their burial place.” And he said,“ I will do as you have said.”

but when I sleep with my fathers, thou shalt carry me out of Egypt, and bury me in their burying- place. And he said, I will do as thou hast said.

When I rest with my fathers, carry me away from Egypt and bury me in their burial place.” Joseph answered,“ I will do what you have asked.”

復命之曰、我將歸於列祖、當葬我於吾祖父之側、在赫人以弗崙田之穴、即迦南境、與幔利相對、麥比拉田之穴、昔亞伯拉罕自赫人以弗崙、所購為業之塚地、曩於斯處、葬亞伯拉罕及其妻撒拉、亦葬以撒及其妻利百加、我亦葬利亞、其田與穴、購自赫人、

其子以撒、與以實瑪利、葬之於麥比拉穴、與幔利相對、赫人瑣轄子以弗崙之田、

厥後亞伯拉罕、葬其妻撒拉於對乎幔利、麥比拉田之穴、幔利即希伯崙、在迦南地、

吾父使我誓云、我將死矣、必葬於迦南地所修之墓、求容我往、葬父而返、法老曰、依汝父令爾所誓、可往葬之、約瑟遂往葬父、法老之臣、與宮庭長老、暨埃及長老偕行、約瑟眷聚、昆弟戚族俱往、獨留孩稚牛羊於歌珊、車馬同行、羣從成隊、至約但東、亞達禾場、號哭慟甚、約瑟為父悲哀七日、迦南居民、見其在亞達禾場號哭、則曰、埃及人之悲哀、甚矣哉、故其地名曰亞伯麥西、在約但東、雅各諸子、循父命而行、舁父至迦南、葬於麥比拉田之穴、與幔利相對、昔亞伯拉罕自赫人以弗崙、所購為業之塚地、○約瑟葬父既畢、與昆弟及送葬者、咸歸埃及、○

雅各遂下埃及、與我祖俱終焉、乃舁至示劍、葬於亞伯拉罕、由哈抹子孫、以金所購之墓、

約瑟使以色列族發誓、曰、上帝必眷顧爾、須攜我骨出於斯土、

奏王曰、願王萬歲、我之故邑、祖墓所在、歷久荒墟、邑門焚燬、焉得無憂色、

奏王曰、如王悅之、施恩於僕、請遣我至猶大祖墓之邑、俾復建之、

容僕旋歸、死於故邑、在我父母墓側、爾僕金罕在此、請准其與我主我王偕濟、依爾所視為善者待之、

乃返而食餅飲水、於耶和華禁爾食餅飲水之所、故爾尸不得入爾列祖之墓、
