请法老这样做，委派官员治理这地，在七个丰年的期间，征收埃及地出产的五分之一，

眷顾贫寒人的有福了！在患难的日子，耶和华必搭救他。

施恩与人、借贷与人、秉公处事的人必享美福，

他们说：“你救了我们的性命，愿我们在我主眼前蒙恩，我们情愿作法老的奴隶。”

凡牛群羊群中的十分之一，就是一切从牧人杖下经过的，每第十只要归耶和华为圣。

你们的粮食和葡萄园所出产的，他必征收十分之一给他的官员和臣仆，又必叫你们的仆人婢女，健壮的青年和你们的驴为他做工。你们的羊群，他必征收十分之一，你们自己也必作他的仆人。
