请法老付诸实施，指派监督们管理这地，在七个丰年中，征收埃及地收成的五分之一。

眷顾贫弱者的，是蒙福的！在灾祸的日子里，耶和华必搭救他。

恩待人、借予人的，是有福之人，他秉公办事；

他们说：“你使我们存活了；愿我们在我主眼前蒙恩，我们必作法老的奴仆。”

他将收取你们谷物和葡萄园收成的十分之一，给他的内臣和臣仆们。他将带走你们的男仆和婢女、你们优秀的青年人以及你们的驴子，为他做工。他将收取你们羊群的十分之一，连你们自己也将作他的奴仆。
