But those who won’t care for their relatives, especially those in their own household, have denied the true faith. Such people are worse than unbelievers.

As apostles of Christ we certainly had a right to make some demands of you, but instead we were like children among you. Or we were like a mother feeding and caring for her own children.

Then Joseph went to see Pharaoh and told him,“ My father and my brothers have arrived from the land of Canaan. They have come with all their flocks and herds and possessions, and they are now in the region of Goshen.”

May he restore your youth and care for you in your old age. For he is the son of your daughter in law who loves you and has been better to you than seven sons!”
