約瑟轉身離開他們，哭了一場，又回來與他們說話，並從他們那裡挑出西緬，在他們眼前把他捆綁起來。

然後約瑟就伏在他弟弟便雅憫的脖子上哭泣，便雅憫也在約瑟的脖子上哭泣。約瑟又親吻了所有的兄弟，在他們身上哭泣。此後，他的兄弟們就與他交談。

實際上，神可以為我見證：我是怎樣以基督耶穌的情感，切切地想念你們大家的。

所以，你們如果在基督裡有任何鼓勵、任何愛的安慰、任何聖靈裡的契合、任何情感和憐憫，

耶穌看見瑪麗亞在哭，陪她一起來的猶太人也在哭，就靈裡憤怒，內心煩擾。他問：「你們把他安放在哪裡？」他們回答說：「主啊，請來看。」耶穌流淚了。猶太人就說：「你看，他多麼愛拉撒路！」但是其中有些人說：「這個人既然開了瞎子的眼睛，難道就不能使拉撒路不死嗎？」耶穌自己裡面再次感到憤怒，來到墳墓那裡。那墳墓是個洞穴，有一塊石頭放置在洞口。

他就放聲大哭；埃及人聽到了，法老一家也聽到了這事。

每當想起你的淚水，我就切切地想去見你，好讓我的喜樂得以滿足。

因此，你們身為蒙神揀選、聖潔和蒙愛的人，就應當穿上憐憫的心腸，以及仁慈、謙卑、溫柔、耐心。

但如果有人擁有世界的財產，看見自己的弟兄有需要，卻封閉情感，那麼，屬神的愛怎麼能住在他裡面呢？

大家都痛哭起來，摟住保羅的脖子親吻他。

所以你們要警醒，記住這三年來，我日夜不住地流著淚水勸誡你們每一個人。

約瑟備好座車，上到歌珊去迎接他的父親以色列。他一到父親的面前，就伏在父親的脖子上，在父親的脖子上哭了很久。

我在完全的謙卑中、淚水中、以及因猶太人的陰謀而帶來的許多試煉中服事主；
