說：「我主啊，求求你，我們當初下來，真的是要買糧食。

其實，敬虔加上知足就是大利。因為我們沒有帶甚麼到世上來，也不能帶甚麼去；只要有衣有食，我們就該知足。

若有人不照顧親屬，尤其是自己家裏的人，就是背棄信仰，還不如不信的人。

你若派我們的弟弟跟我們同去，我們就下去給你買糧；

她想得田地，就去買來，用手中的成果栽葡萄園。

驕傲在敗壞以先，內心高傲在跌倒之前。

財寶稀少，敬畏耶和華，強如財寶眾多，煩亂不安。
