When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the steward of his house,“ Take these men to my house, slaughter an animal and prepare a meal; they are to eat with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he spoke to the manager of his house.“ Take these men to my house,” he said.“ Kill an animal and prepare a meal. I want them to eat with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the steward of his house,“ Bring the men into the house, and slaughter an animal and make ready, for the men are to dine with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the manager of his household,“ These men will eat with me this noon. Take them inside the palace. Then go slaughter an animal, and prepare a big feast.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to his steward,“ Take the men to my house. Slaughter an animal and prepare it, for they will eat with me at noon.”

约瑟吩咐管家说：“按照他们的驴子所能驮的，把这些人的袋子装满粮食，再把各人的银子放在各人的袋口上，

他们就挨近约瑟的管家，在屋子门口和他说话，

以撒为他们摆设宴席，他们就一起吃喝。

宰杀牲畜，调好美酒，又摆设筵席，

又在山上献祭，请弟兄们来吃饭。他们吃了饭，就在山上过夜。

我岂可把饮食，以及我为剪羊毛的人所宰的肉给那些我不知道从哪里来的人呢？”

约瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，主人派他管理家务，把一切所有的都交在他手里。自从主人派约瑟管理家务和他一切所有的，耶和华就因约瑟的缘故赐福给那埃及人的家；凡家里和田间一切所有的，都蒙耶和华赐福。

亚伯拉罕对他家中管理他一切产业最老的仆人说：“把你的手放在我大腿底下。我要叫你指着耶和华—天和地的上帝起誓，不要为我儿子娶我所居住的迦南地的女子为妻。你要往我的本地本族去，为我的儿子以撒娶妻。”仆人对他说：“如果那女子不肯跟我来到这地，我必须把你的儿子带回到你出来的地方吗？”亚伯拉罕对他说：“你要谨慎，不可带我儿子回那里去。耶和华—天上的上帝曾带领我离开父家和本族的地，对我说话，向我起誓说：‘我要将这地赐给你的后裔。’他要差遣使者在你面前，你就可以从那里为我儿子娶妻。倘若那女子不肯跟你来，我叫你起的誓就与你无关了，只是你不可带我的儿子回到那里去。”仆人就把手放在他主人亚伯拉罕的大腿底下，为这事向他起誓。那仆人从他主人的骆驼中取了十匹骆驼，他手中也带着他主人各样的贵重物品离开，起身往美索不达米亚去，到了拿鹤的城。

亚伯兰说：“主耶和华啊，我还没有儿子，你能赐我什么呢？承受我家业的是大马士革人以利以谢。”

他们出城走了不远，约瑟对管家说：“起来，去追那些人，追上了就对他们说：‘你们为什么以恶报善呢？

孩子渐渐长大，就断了奶。以撒断奶的那一天，亚伯拉罕摆设丰盛的宴席。
