这样看来，差派我到这里来的，不是你们，而是神。他立我作法老之父，作他全家之主，又作全埃及地的首相。

你可以掌管我的家，我的人民都要听从你的话；只有在王位上我比你大。”法老又对约瑟说：“你看，我任命你治理埃及全地。”

等到埃及全地也要挨饿的时候，人民就向法老求粮。法老对所有的埃及人说：“你们到约瑟那里去，他吩咐你们什么，你们就作什么。”当时饥荒遍及全国，约瑟就开了所有的粮仓，把粮食卖给埃及人，因为埃及地的饥荒非常严重。

他举目观看，忽然看见三个人在他对面站着；亚伯拉罕看见了，就从帐棚门口跑去迎接他们，俯伏在地，

看哪！从撒但的一党，就是自称是犹太人，其实不是犹太人，而是说谎的人中，我要使他们一些人来在你脚前下拜，并且知道我已经爱了你。

告诉他，说：“约瑟还在，并且作了埃及全地的首相。”雅各的心冷淡麻木，因为他不相信他们。

黄昏的时候，那两位天使到了所多玛，当时罗得正坐在所多玛的城门口。罗得一看见他们，就起来迎接他们，俯伏在地，

他命令饥荒临到那地，断绝了一切粮食的供应。在他们之前，他差遣一个人去，就是被卖为奴的约瑟。人用脚镣弄伤他的脚，他的颈项被铁链锁着，直到他的话应验，耶和华的话为他证实的时候。王就派人去释放他，统治众民的把他释放了。王立他执掌朝政，管理王一切所有的，
