Then the chief wine taster spoke up. He said to Pharaoh,“ Now I remember that I’ve done something wrong.

Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh,“ I remember my offenses today.

Finally, the king’s chief cup bearer spoke up.“ Today I have been reminded of my failure,” he told Pharaoh.

Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh,“ Today I remember my faults.

Then the chief cupbearer spoke to Pharaoh, saying,“ I would make mention today of my own offenses.

Then the chief butler spoke to Pharaoh, saying:“ I remember my faults this day.

Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

But when all goes well for you, remember that I was with you. Please show kindness to me by mentioning me to Pharaoh, and get me out of this prison.

Yet the chief cupbearer did not remember Joseph; he forgot him.

After this, the Egyptian king’s cupbearer and baker offended their master, the king of Egypt.Pharaoh was angry with his two officers, the chief cupbearer and the chief baker,and put them in custody in the house of the captain of the guard in the prison where Joseph was confined.
