He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command, and people shouted before him,“ Make way!” Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.

He also had him ride in a chariot. Joseph was now next in command after Pharaoh. People went in front of Joseph and shouted,“ Get down on your knees!” By doing all these things, Pharaoh put Joseph in charge of the whole land of Egypt.

這樣看來，差我到這裏來的不是你們，而是上帝。他又使我如同法老之父，作他全家之主，和埃及全地掌權的人。

當時在埃及地掌權的人是約瑟，賣糧給各地眾百姓的就是他。約瑟的哥哥們來了，臉伏於地，向他下拜。

告訴他說：「約瑟還活着，並且作了埃及全地掌權的人。」雅各心裏冰涼，因為不信他們。

救他脫離一切苦難，又使他在埃及王法老面前蒙恩，又有智慧。法老派他作埃及國的宰相兼管法老的全家。

使一切在天上的、地上的和地底下的，因耶穌的名，眾膝都要跪下，

當把王所穿的王袍拿來，牽了戴冠的御馬，把王袍和御馬都交給王一個極尊貴的大臣，吩咐人把王袍給王所喜愛要賜尊榮的人穿上，領他騎着御馬走遍城裏的廣場，在他面前宣告：『王所喜愛要賜尊榮的人，就是這樣待他。』」

「那地的主對我們說嚴厲的話，把我們當作窺探那地的奸細。

那地的主對我們說：『只有這樣我才知道你們是誠實的人：留你們兄弟中的一個在我這裏，你們帶糧食回去，救你們家的饑荒，
