He made Daniel ruler over the whole province of Babylon, as well as chief over all his wise men.

This pleased Potiphar, so he soon made Joseph his personal attendant. He put him in charge of his entire household and everything he owned.From the day Joseph was put in charge of his master’s household and property, the Lord began to bless Potiphar’s household for Joseph’s sake. All his household affairs ran smoothly, and his crops and livestock flourished.So Potiphar gave Joseph complete administrative responsibility over everything he owned. With Joseph there, he didn’t worry about a thing— except what kind of food to eat! Joseph was a very handsome and well built young man,

So it was God who sent me here, not you! And he is the one who made me an adviser to Pharaoh— the manager of his entire palace and the governor of all Egypt.“ Now hurry back to my father and tell him,‘ This is what your son Joseph says: God has made me master over all the land of Egypt. So come down to me immediately!

and been secretly enticed in my heart to throw kisses at them in worship?

“ Joseph is still alive!” they told him.“ And he is governor of all the land of Egypt!” Jacob was stunned at the news— he couldn’t believe it.
