And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin,[ and] blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

随后又长了七个穗子，枯槁细弱，被东风吹焦了。

接着又长出七个干瘪的穗子，

接着，又长出了七个麦穗，又枯干又干瘦又被东风吹焦了。

看哪！随后又长出七个被东风吹焦的细弱枯槁的穗子。

隨後又長了七個穗子，枯槁細弱，被東風吹焦了。

看哪，隨後又長出七個穗子，枯槁，細弱，又被東風吹焦了。

看哪，隨後又長出七個穗子，枯槁，細弱，又被東風吹焦了。

接著又長出七個乾癟的穗子，

接著，又長出了七個麥穗，又枯乾又乾瘦又被東風吹焦了。

隨後又發生了七個穗子，枯乾細瘦，被熱東風吹焦了。

看哪！隨後又長出七個被東風吹焦的細弱枯槁的穗子。

厥後又生七穗、枯且細、暴於東風、

又見七穗、枯而細、暴於東風。

後又生七穗、枯且細、被東風吹而燥、

After them, seven other heads sprouted— withered and thin and scorched by the east wind.

After them, seven other heads of grain came up. They were weak and thin and dried up by the east wind.

Seven ears, withered, thin, and blighted by the east wind, sprouted after them,

Then seven more heads of grain appeared, but these were blighted, shriveled, and withered by the east wind.

After them, seven heads of grain— withered, thin, and scorched by the east wind— sprouted up.

and behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and scorched by the east wind sprouted up after them;

Then behold, seven heads, withered, thin, and blighted by the east wind, sprang up after them.

and, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

After them, seven heads of grain— withered, thin, and scorched by the east wind— sprouted up.

Then seven heads of grain, withered and thin and burned with the east wind, were sprouting up after them.

and behold, seven heads of grain, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them.

Though he be fruitful among[ his] brethren, an east wind shall come, the wind of the LORD shall come up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.

Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay[ even] the beloved[ fruit] of their womb.

Therefore their inhabitants were of small power, they were dismayed and confounded; they were[ as] the grass of the field, and[ as] the green herb,[ as] the grass on the housetops, and[ as corn] blasted before it be grown up.

For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.

Let them be as the grass[ upon] the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them.
