Since You are banishing me today from the soil, and I must hide myself from Your presence and become a restless wanderer on the earth, whoever finds me will kill me.”

你如今赶逐我离开这地，以致不见你面；我必流离飘荡在地上，凡遇见我的必杀我。”

看哪，今日你赶我离开这块土地，不能见你的面；我必流离飘荡在地上，凡遇见我的必杀我。”

今天你把我赶出去，使我不能再见你的面。我在地上四处漂泊，见到我的人都会杀我。”

看哪，今日你赶逐我离开这地，以致我要躲避你的面；我必在地上流离失所，遇见我的，都要杀我。”

看哪，今天你从这地驱逐我，以致我要躲避你的面，在大地上成为漂泊、流荡的人，任何找到我的人，都会杀我！”

你如今趕逐我離開這地，以致不見你面；我必流離飄蕩在地上，凡遇見我的必殺我。」

看哪，今天你從這地驅逐我，以致我要躲避你的面，在大地上成為漂泊、流蕩的人，任何找到我的人，都會殺我！」

爾今逐我、俾離斯土、不復覿爾面、流離於地、遇我者必殺我、

主今逐我離斯地、不容我覿主面、我既飄流於地、則凡遇我者必殺我、

Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”

Today you are driving me away from the land. I will be hidden from you. I’ll be a restless person who wanders around on the earth. Anyone who finds me will kill me.”

Behold, you have driven me today away from the ground, and from your face I shall be hidden. I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”

You have banished me from the land and from your presence; you have made me a homeless wanderer. Anyone who finds me will kill me!”

Behold, You have driven me this day from the face of the ground; and I will be hidden from Your face, and I will be a wanderer and a drifter on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”

Surely You have driven me out this day from the face of the ground; I shall be hidden from Your face; I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond on the earth, and it will happen that anyone who finds me will kill me.”

The avenger of blood himself is to kill the murderer; when he finds him, he is to kill him.

A wicked man writhes in pain all his days; only a few years are reserved for the ruthless.Dreadful sounds fill his ears; when he is at peace, a robber attacks him.He doesn’t believe he will return from darkness; he is destined for the sword.He wanders about for food, saying,“ Where is it?” He knows the day of darkness is at hand.Trouble and distress terrify him, overwhelming him like a king prepared for battle.

Answer me quickly, Lord; my spirit fails. Don’t hide Your face from me, or I will be like those going down to the Pit.

The wicked flee when no one is pursuing them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

Because of the Lord’s anger, it came to the point in Jerusalem and Judah that He finally banished them from His presence. Nevertheless, Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

and the avenger of blood finds him outside the border of his city of refuge and kills him, the avenger will not be guilty of bloodshed,

or if in hostility he strikes him with his hand and he dies, the one who struck him must be put to death; he is a murderer. The avenger of blood is to kill the murderer when he finds him.

I will require the life of every animal and every man for your life and your blood. I will require the life of each man’s brother for a man’s life.Whoever sheds man’s blood, his blood will be shed by man, for God made man in His image.

Then the Lord replied to him,“ In that case, whoever kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” And He placed a mark on Cain so that whoever found him would not kill him.Then Cain went out from the Lord’s presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden.

You will find no peace among those nations, and there will be no resting place for the sole of your foot. There the Lord will give you a trembling heart, failing eyes, and a despondent spirit.

Let his children wander as beggars, searching for food far from their demolished homes.

Then the Israelites declared to Moses,“ Look, we’re perishing! We’re lost; we’re all lost!Anyone who comes near the Lord’s tabernacle will die. Will we all perish?”

Let no one show him kindness, and let no one be gracious to his fatherless children.

These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction from the Lord’s presence and from His glorious strength

Now the whole clan has risen up against your servant and said,‘ Hand over the one who killed his brother so we may put him to death for the life of the brother he murdered. We will destroy the heir!’ They would extinguish my one remaining ember by not preserving my husband’s name or posterity on earth.”

They will look toward the earth and see only distress, darkness, and the gloom of affliction, and they will be driven into thick darkness.

Do not banish me from Your presence or take Your Holy Spirit from me.Restore the joy of Your salvation to me, and give me a willing spirit.Then I will teach the rebellious Your ways, and sinners will return to You.Save me from the guilt of bloodshed, God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue will sing of Your righteousness.

“ I will put anxiety in the hearts of those of you who survive in the lands of their enemies. The sound of a wind-driven leaf will put them to flight, and they will flee as one flees from a sword, and fall though no one is pursuing them.

The wicked one is thrown down by his own sin, but the righteous one has a refuge in his death.

Yet they say to God:“ Leave us alone! We don’t want to know Your ways.Who is the Almighty, that we should serve Him, and what will we gain by pleading with Him?”

“ And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

I will turn against you, so that you will be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee even though no one is pursuing you.

Therefore, they will be like the morning mist, like the early dew that vanishes, like chaff blown from a threshing floor, or like smoke from a window.

Then He will also say to those on the left,‘ Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels!
