地開了口，從你手裏收取了你兄弟的血了；如今你，你是受咒詛、須離開這地的。

今地啟口、由於爾手、以受汝弟之血、爾必由地見詛、

汝既殺弟、地口遂張、以受其血、故爾見詛、必離斯土、

地啟口、自爾手受爾弟之血、爾必見詛、不得地之益、

Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

So I am putting a curse on you. I am driving you away from this ground. It has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

And now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

Now you are cursed and banished from the ground, which has swallowed your brother’s blood.

So now you are cursed, alienated from the ground that opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood you have shed.

Now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

So now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

And now cursed art thou from the ground, which hath opened its mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

So now you are cursed, alienated, from the ground that opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood you have shed.

And now[ art] thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

So now, you are banished from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

Now you are cursed because of the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.

For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” (niv)

However, if you do not obey the Lord your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you today, all these curses will come on you and overtake you:You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country.Your basket and your kneading trough will be cursed.The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.The Lord will send on you curses, confusion and rebuke in everything you put your hand to, until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil you have done in forsaking him. (niv)

So the Lord God said to the serpent,“ Because you have done this,“ Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. (niv)

“ Earth, do not cover my blood; may my cry never be laid to rest! (niv)

“ if my land cries out against me and all its furrows are wet with tears,if I have devoured its yield without payment or broken the spirit of its tenants,then let briers come up instead of wheat and stinkweed instead of barley.” The words of Job are ended. (niv)

When such a person hears the words of this oath and they invoke a blessing on themselves, thinking,“ I will be safe, even though I persist in going my own way,” they will bring disaster on the watered land as well as the dry.The Lord will never be willing to forgive them; his wrath and zeal will burn against them. All the curses written in this book will fall on them, and the Lord will blot out their names from under heaven.The Lord will single them out from all the tribes of Israel for disaster, according to all the curses of the covenant written in this Book of the Law. (niv)

See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer. (niv)

“ Cursed is anyone who dishonors their father or mother.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who moves their neighbor’s boundary stone.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who leads the blind astray on the road.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his father’s wife, for he dishonors his father’s bed.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who has sexual relations with any animal.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who sleeps with his mother- in- law.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who kills their neighbor secretly.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”“ Cursed is anyone who does not uphold the words of this law by carrying them out.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!” (niv)

But the earth helped the woman by opening its mouth and swallowing the river that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. (niv)

Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.” (niv)
