The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph’s care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.

The man who ran the prison didn’t pay attention to anything in Joseph’s care. That’s because the Lord was with Joseph. He gave Joseph success in everything he did.

The keeper of the prison paid no attention to anything that was in Joseph’s charge, because the Lord was with him. And whatever he did, the Lord made it succeed.

The warden had no more worries, because Joseph took care of everything. The Lord was with him and caused everything he did to succeed.

他像一棵樹，栽在溪水旁，按時結果子，葉子總不枯乾；他所作的一切，盡都順利。

因此，耶和華以色列的神說：‘我曾說：你的家和你的父家，必永遠行在我面前。’現在耶和華卻說：‘我決不容你們這樣行了，因為尊重我的，我必尊重他；藐視我的，必受到輕視。

你從水中經過的時候，我必與你同在；你渡過江河的時候，水必不淹沒你；你從火中行走的時候，必不會燒傷；火燄也不會在你身上燒起來。

你要倚靠耶和華，並要行善；你要住在地上，以信實為糧食。你要以耶和華為樂，他就把你心裡所求的賜給你。你要把你的道路交託耶和華，並倚靠他，他就必成全。他必使你的公義好像光發出，使你的公正如日中天。你要在耶和華面前靜默無聲，耐心地等候他；不要因那凡事順利的，和那惡謀得逞的，心懷不平。你要抑制怒氣，消除烈怒；不要心懷不平，那只會導致你作惡。因為作惡的必被剪除，但等候耶和華的必承受地土。再過不久，惡人就不存在了；你到他的地方尋找，也找不到。但謙卑的人必承受地土，可以享受豐盛的平安。

把他們關在軍長府內的監房裡，就是約瑟被囚禁的地方。軍長把他們交給約瑟，約瑟就侍候他們。他們在監房裡過了好些日子。

我的神差遣了他的使者，封住獅子的口，使牠們沒有傷害我，因為我在神面前是清白的；王啊！在你面前我也沒有作過任何錯事。”

弓箭手把他苦害，向他射箭敵對他。但他的弓依然堅硬，他的手臂仍舊敏捷，這是出於雅各的大能者之手；出於以色列的牧者，以色列的磐石。
