The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph’s care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did.

The man who ran the prison didn’t pay attention to anything in Joseph’s care. That’s because the Lord was with Joseph. He gave Joseph success in everything he did.

The keeper of the prison paid no attention to anything that was in Joseph’s charge, because the Lord was with him. And whatever he did, the Lord made it succeed.

The warden had no more worries, because Joseph took care of everything. The Lord was with him and caused everything he did to succeed.

要信靠耶和華，要行善，要在這片土地上安然度日。要以耶和華為樂，祂必成全你的願望。要把一切交托給耶和華，信靠祂，祂必幫助你，使你的公義如晨光照耀，你的仁義如日中天。要在耶和華面前安靜，耐心等候祂，不要因惡人道路通達、陰謀得逞而憤憤不平。你要抑制怒氣，除掉憤怒；不要心懷不平，那會導致你作惡。因為作惡的終必滅亡，但等候耶和華的必承受土地。再過片刻，惡人必不復存在，無處可尋。但謙卑人必承受土地，得享太平。

把他們囚禁在護衛長波提乏府內的監牢裡，也就是約瑟被囚的地方。護衛長派約瑟去伺候他們。他們在監裡待了一段日子。

我的上帝差遣天使封住了獅子的口，不讓牠們傷害我，因為我在上帝面前是清白的。王啊，我在你面前也沒有過錯。」

弓箭手兇猛地攻擊他，惡狠狠地射他。但他手持強弓，雙臂穩健有力，因為雅各的大能者——以色列的牧者和磐石幫助他。
