因為人若為了讓良心對得起上帝而忍受冤屈之苦，就會得到恩福。

這三人穿著外袍、褲子等衣物，戴著頭巾，被綁著扔進烈焰熊熊的火窯。因為王的命令緊急，窯燒得非常熱，火焰燒死了那些抬沙得拉、米煞、亞伯尼歌的人。

後來，侍酒總管對法老說：「我今天才想起我的罪過。我從前和膳食總管惹王生氣，被王囚禁在護衛長府內的牢裡。一天晚上，我倆都做了夢。當時有一個希伯來青年跟我們一起被囚在牢裡，他是護衛長的僕人。我們把夢告訴他，他就分別為我們解夢。後來，他為我們解的夢都應驗了，我恢復了原職，膳食總管被掛在木頭上處死了。」於是，法老派人去召約瑟，他們急忙釋放約瑟。約瑟剃頭刮臉，更換衣服，去見法老。

後來，埃及王的侍酒總管和膳食總管得罪了王，王非常憤怒，把他們囚禁在護衛長波提乏府內的監牢裡，也就是約瑟被囚的地方。

你向人類發怒為你帶來榮耀，你準備發盡你的烈怒。

祂被逮捕，受審判，被處死。祂那個世代的人誰會想到祂受鞭打、從世上被除去是因為我百姓的過犯呢？
