Then she told him this story:“ That Hebrew slave you brought us came to me to make sport of me.

This is what she said to him:“ That Hebrew slave you brought to us tried to humiliate me,

She spoke to him according to these words, saying,“ The Hebrew servant, whom you have brought to us, came in to me to mock me,

惡人已經拔出刀劍，拉開了弓，要使困苦人和貧窮人倒下，要殺戮行為正直的人。

這是因仇敵的聲音、因惡人壓迫的緣故；是的，他們使壞事落在我身上，並在怒氣中逼迫我。

就把家裡的人叫來，對他們說：「你們看，我丈夫帶給我們的希伯來人要戲弄我們。他到我這裡來，要與我同睡，我就大聲呼喊。

耶和華啊，求你解救我脫離虛謊的嘴唇和詭詐的舌頭！詭詐的舌頭啊，耶和華會給你什麼呢？他會加給你什麼呢？會加給你勇士的利箭，連同羅騰木的火炭。

誠實的嘴唇，永遠存留；撒謊的舌頭，轉瞬即逝。

大祭司就撕裂自己的衣服，說：「他說了褻瀆的話！難道我們還需要什麼見證人嗎？看，現在你們都聽見了這褻瀆的話。

作假見證的，難逃罪責；口吐謊言的，必要滅亡。
