Then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers.“ Listen,” he said,“ I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Then Joseph had another dream. He told it to his brothers.“ Listen,” he said.“ I had another dream. This time the sun and moon and 11 stars were bowing down to me.”

Then he dreamed another dream and told it to his brothers and said,“ Behold, I have dreamed another dream. Behold, the sun, the moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Soon Joseph had another dream, and again he told his brothers about it.“ Listen, I have had another dream,” he said.“ The sun, moon, and eleven stars bowed low before me!”

Then he had another dream and told it to his brothers.“ Look,” he said,“ I had another dream, and this time the sun, moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Then he had yet another dream, and informed his brothers of it, and said,“ Behold, I have had yet another dream; and behold, the sun and the moon, and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”

Then he dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said,“ Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.”

And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it to his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed yet a dream; and, behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars made obeisance to me.

Then he had another dream and told it to his brothers.“ Look,” he said,“ I had another dream, and this time the sun, moon, and 11 stars were bowing down to me.”

And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.

He dreamed yet another dream, and told it to his brothers, and said,“ Behold, I have dreamed yet another dream: and behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars bowed down to me.”

『族長妒忌約瑟，給賣到埃及；上帝卻與他同在，救拔他脫離他一切的苦難，賜給他在埃及王法老面前受優待又有智慧。法老設立他做宰相管理埃及和法老全家。當時全埃及和迦南來了饑荒和大艱難的事；我們的祖宗找不着糧草。雅各聽說在埃及有糧，就差遣我們的祖宗出去，這是第一次；第二次約瑟讓弟兄們相認，約瑟的家族就讓法老知道了。『於是約瑟差遣弟兄們把父親雅各、以及一切親族、一共七十五個人、請了來。

猶大和他弟兄們來到約瑟屋裏，約瑟還在那裏；他們就在他面前俯伏在地上。

約瑟的哥哥們見他們父親死了，就說：『或者約瑟會懷恨我們，照我們從前向他行的一切壞事、足足地報復我們。』他們就吩咐人去見約瑟說：『你父親未死以前曾吩咐說：「你們要對約瑟這樣說：從前你哥哥們以惡待你；懇求你饒恕他們的過犯和罪惡」：如今求你饒恕你父親的上帝之僕人的過犯。』他們對約瑟說話的時候，約瑟哭了。他的哥哥們又來伏在他面前說：『看哪，我們是你的奴僕。』約瑟對他們說：『不要害怕；我哪能代替上帝呢？在你們，你們從前所圖謀的原是要加害於我，但上帝所圖謀的卻很好，就是為要成就像今天這樣、叫許多人得以存活。現在你們不要害怕；我必定供養你們和你們那些弱小的。』於是約瑟安慰他們，和他們談心。

你們要趕快上我父親那裏，對他說：「你兒子約瑟這樣說：上帝使我做全埃及的主；請你下到我這裏來；不要躭擱。

我們在田間捆禾稼；我所捆的竟起來，並且立着；你們所捆的竟來圍着我所捆的下拜。』

至於夢之所以被重複、兩次給法老夢見呢，那是因為這事乃由上帝立定；上帝必趕快作成。

牠漸漸強大、高及天象，將些天象和星宿拋落地上，用腳踐踏。

他們說：『你僕人我們的父親都平安；他還活着』。於是他們俯伏下拜。

約瑟套上了車，上歌珊去迎接他父親以色列；謁見他，伏在他脖子上，在他脖子上直哭。

好使你們無可責備、而又天真，在彎曲乖僻的世代中做上帝的兒女、無瑕無疵；你們顯於其中像發光之體在世界裏，

約瑟對法老說：『法老的夢就是一個；上帝所要作的事、他已經告訴法老了。

約瑟將食物供養他父親和他弟兄、以及他父親全家，各照弱小人口的需要。

我主曾問僕人們說：「你們有父親有兄弟沒有？」

約瑟將這個夢向他父親和哥哥們敘說，他父親就叱責他說：『你做的這個夢是甚麼夢？難道我和你母親你弟兄都真地要來伏地、向你下拜？』
