Don’t give what is holy to dogs or toss your pearls before pigs, or they will trample them under their feet, turn, and tear you to pieces.

For a person is not a Jew who is one outwardly, and true circumcision is not something visible in the flesh.On the contrary, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart— by the Spirit, not the letter. That person’s praise is not from people but from God.

So Abraham took his son Ishmael and those born in his household or purchased— every male among the members of Abraham’s household— and he circumcised the flesh of their foreskin on that very day, just as God had said to him.

Circumcision does not matter and uncircumcision does not matter. Keeping God’s commands is what matters.

Your hands are covered with blood.“ Wash yourselves. Cleanse yourselves. Remove your evil deeds from my sight. Stop doing evil.
