When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man.

The man saw that he couldn’t win. So he touched the inside of Jacob’s hip. As Jacob wrestled with the man, Jacob’s hip was twisted.

When the man saw that he did not prevail against Jacob, he touched his hip socket, and Jacob’s hip was put out of joint as he wrestled with him.

When the man saw that he would not win the match, he touched Jacob’s hip and wrenched it out of its socket.

When the man saw that he could not defeat him, he struck Jacob’s hip socket as they wrestled and dislocated his hip.

When the man saw that he had not prevailed against him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was dislocated while he wrestled with him.

Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him.

And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was strained, as he wrestled with him.

When the man saw that He could not defeat him, He struck Jacob’s hip socket as they wrestled and dislocated his hip.

And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.

又因为我所得的启示太大，恐怕会高抬自己，所以就有一根刺加在我的身上，就是撒但的差役来攻击我，免得我高抬自己。为了这事，我曾经三次求主，使这根刺离开我。他却对我说：“我的恩典是够你用的，因为我的能力在人的软弱上显得完全。”所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好让基督的能力临到我的身上。

他在母腹中抓住他哥哥的脚跟，壮年的时候又与神角力。他与天使角力，并且得胜；他哀哭，向他求恩。他在伯特利遇见神，神在那里对他说话。

因此，以色列人直到现在都不吃大腿窝上的筋，因为那人在雅各的大腿窝上的筋打了一下。

至于我，我在安稳的时候曾说：“我必永不动摇。”耶和华啊！你的恩宠，使我坚立，如同大山；你一掩面，我就惊惶。

虫子雅各啊！以色列人哪！你不要惧怕。我必帮助你；这是耶和华说的。你的救赎主，就是以色列的圣者。

应当警醒、祷告，免得陷入试探；你们心灵虽然愿意，肉体却是软弱的。”

摩西对耶和华说：“这样埃及人必听见这事，因为你曾用大能，把这民从他们中间领上来；埃及人也必告诉那地的居民。那地的居民也曾听见你耶和华是在这人民中间，你耶和华曾面对面的向人显现，你的云彩常停在他们上面；日间你在云柱中，夜间你在火柱中，走在他们前面。

有一个迦南的妇人从那地区出来，喊着说：“主啊，大卫的子孙，可怜我吧！我的女儿被鬼附得很苦。”耶稣一句话也不回答她。门徒上前求他说：“请叫她走吧，她一直跟在我们后面喊叫。”耶稣回答：“我被差遣，只是到以色列家的迷羊那里去。”她来跪在耶稣面前说：“主啊，求你帮助我！”耶稣回答：“拿儿女的饼丢给小狗吃是不好的。”她说：“主啊，是的，不过小狗也吃主人桌子上掉下来的碎渣。”于是耶稣对她说：“妇人，你的信心真大，照你所想的给你成就吧！”从那时起，她的女儿就好了。

你赶快逃到那里去，因为你还没有到达那里，我就不能作什么。”因此那城名叫琐珥。

以色列的圣者，造以色列的主耶和华这样说：“你们可以问我将要来的事，关于我的众子和我手所作的，你们也可以吩咐我回答。

他又离开他们，第三次去祷告，说的也是同样的话。

耶稣又对他们说：“你们当中，谁有朋友半夜去找他，说：‘请你借给我三个饼，因为我有一个朋友旅行来到我这里，我没有什么可以招待他。’而他却在里面回答：‘不要麻烦我，门已经关好了，孩子也跟我在床上了，我不能起来拿给你。’我告诉你们，即使不因为他是朋友而起来给他，也会因为他厚颜地直求，而起来照他所需要的给他。
