側耳聽我，迅速地援救我，做我的磐石、我的保障，做山寨之堡來拯救我。

上帝啊，保護我，因為我避難於你裏面。

以掃因了他父親給雅各祝的福，就懷恨雅各，以掃心裏說：『為我父親居喪的日子近了；那時我一定要殺我兄弟雅各。』

領我們不進入試誘；要援救我們脫離那邪惡者。

求你保護我的性命，援救我，不要叫我失望，因為我避難於你裏面。

上帝啊，求你證顯我理直，向非堅貞之國為我的案件而伸訴；解救我脫離詭詐不義的人。

『你在路上若碰見鳥窩在你面前，或是在樹上，或是在地上，裏面有雛、或是有蛋，而母鳥伏在雛上、或是蛋上，你不可連母帶子一併取去；
