求主俯聽我哀求、我卑微特甚、逼迫我者皆強於我、求主救我使我脫離、

有我所事之天主、能救我於炎烈之火窰、脫我於王手、

救贖我脫離世人之欺壓、我必遵守主之命令、

以掃因父為雅各祝福、憾雅各、竊言至父喪時、我必殺弟雅各、

勿使我遇試、惟拯我於惡、或作惟拯我於惡者蓋國與權與榮、皆爾所有、至於世世、阿們、有原文古抄本自蓋國與權起至阿們止皆缺

求主保護我生命、拯救我、使我不至羞愧、因我惟倚賴主、

民乃呼籲主曰、我儕獲罪矣、棄主而事諸巴力與諸亞斯他錄、今求主援我於敵人手、我必奉事主、

求天主在不仁不義之民中、為我伸冤、拯救我脫離奸詐邪惡之人、

如於途間遇鳥巢、或在樹、或在地、有雛或卵、母鳥伏雛或伏卵、則不可母子兼取、
