You know that I have served your father with all my strength.

You know that I’ve worked for your father with all my strength,

You know that I’ve worked for your father with all my strength.

You know how hard I have worked for your father,

You know that with all my strength I have served your father

And you know that with all my might I have served your father.

And ye know that with all my power I have served your father.

You know that I’ve worked hard for your father

You know that I’ve worked for your father as hard as I could,

You know that I have served your father with all of my strength.

But Jacob said to him,“ You yourself know how I have served you and how your livestock have fared with me.

Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and gentle, but also to those who are harsh.

For these twenty years I have been with you; your ewes and your female goats have not miscarried, nor have I eaten the rams of your flocks.I did not even bring to you that which was torn by wild animals; I took the loss myself. You demanded it of my hand whether stolen by day or stolen by night.This is how I was: by day the heat consumed me and the frost by night, and my sleep fled from my eyes.For these twenty years I have been in your house; I served you fourteen years for your two daughters, and six years for your flock, and you changed my wages ten times.If the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the fear of Isaac, had not been for me, surely now you would have sent me away empty handed. God has seen my affliction and the labor of my hands, so He rendered judgment last night.”

Urge slaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be pleasing, not argumentative,not stealing, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in every respect.

Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ;not by way of eye service, as people pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.With goodwill render service, as to the Lord, and not to people,knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive this back from the Lord, whether slave or free.

Slaves, obey those who are your human masters in everything, not with eye service, as people pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord and not for people,knowing that it is from the Lord that you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.For the one who does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong which he has done, and that without partiality.
