你们在外邦人中，要有良好的品行；这样，当他们诽谤你们是作恶之人的时候，因看到你们美好的行为，就在神临到的日子荣耀神。

不过要以温柔、敬畏的心答复，并且持守无愧的良心，以致谁诋毁你们在基督里的良好品行，谁就要在你们受到诽谤的事上蒙羞。

至于你的神像，你在谁那里找到，谁就不得存活。请你在我们众兄弟面前，指认我的东西中有什么是你的，然后把它拿去！”原来雅各并不知道瑞秋偷了家族神像。

你们和神可以见证：我们对你们这些信的人是多么圣洁、公义、无可指责的。
