“ You are to rise in the presence of the elderly and honor the old. Fear your God; I am Yahweh.

“ Each of you is to respect his mother and father. You are to keep My Sabbaths; I am Yahweh your God.

Honor your father and your mother so that you may have a long life in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

just as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord. You have become her children when you do what is good and are not frightened by anything alarming.
