時、拉班往剪羊毛、拉結竊其父之家神、

我在此、爾於耶和華及其受膏者前、可為我證、我曾強取何人之牛、刦奪何人之驢、欺侮何人、苛虐何人、受賕於何人之手、以蔽我目、若有、我必償之、僉曰、爾未嘗欺我虐我、亦未嘗受何物於人手、曰、今日耶和華為證、其受膏者亦為證、汝於我手、索之無獲、僉曰、彼為證、

免人以我司理多貲而咎我、蓋我務善事、不第於主前、亦於人前、

遣人就爾、豈因之賺爾乎、我勸提多就爾、亦遣一兄弟偕之、提多豈賺爾乎、我儕非同一神而履一迹乎、○爾尚意我向爾自訴、然我在基督中上帝前而言也、愛友乎、所言悉以建爾、

異日爾來察之、凡山羊非有斑點、綿羊非椶色者、即擬我盜可也、以此為我公義之徵、
