I have the power to harm you; but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

So in this case I say to you, stay away from these men and leave them alone, because if this plan or this undertaking originates with people, it will come to nothing,but if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them, or you may even be found fighting against God.” He convinced them,

As he approached the den, he called out to Daniel in a worried voice,“ Daniel, servant of the living God, was your God whom you continually serve able to rescue you from the lions?”

So he said,“ Who are you, Lord?” He replied,“ I am Jesus whom you are persecuting!

The king replied to Daniel,“ Certainly your God is a God of gods and Lord of kings and revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery!”

I have issued an edict that throughout all the dominion of my kingdom people are to revere and fear the God of Daniel.“ For he is the living God; he endures forever. His kingdom will not be destroyed; his authority is forever.
