I have the power to harm you; but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

I could destroy you, but the God of your father appeared to me last night and warned me,‘ Leave Jacob alone!’

愿亚伯拉罕的神和拿鹤的神，就是他们父亲的神，在你我之间做判断。”雅各就指着他父亲以撒所敬畏的那一位起誓。

要不是我父亲的神，亚伯拉罕的神，以撒所敬畏的那一位与我同在，你现在一定会打发我空手而去。神看到我的苦情和我手上的辛劳，就在昨夜责备了你。”

看哪，耶和华站在梯子上方，说：“我是耶和华，你父亲亚伯拉罕的神、以撒的神。我必把你现在躺卧之地，赐给你和你的后裔。

神藉着夜间的一个梦来到亚兰人拉班那里，对他说：“你要小心，不可与雅各说好说歹。”

现在我告诉你们：不要管这些人，由他们去吧！因为这计划或这行为，如果是出于人，就会被拆毁；但如果是出于神，你们就不能拆毁他们，恐怕你们反而被看做是与神作对了。”于是议会的人被迦玛列说服了，

他靠近那坑的时候，用忧伤的声音呼叫但以理，开口对但以理说：“永生神的仆人但以理啊！你的神，你一直事奉的那一位，有没有能够拯救你脱离那些狮子呢？”

他问：“主啊，你到底是谁？”主说：“我就是你所逼迫的耶稣。

尼布甲尼撒就开口说：“沙德拉克、米沙克、亚伯尼哥的神是当受颂赞的！他派遣他的使者拯救了他的仆人们；他们信靠神，违抗王的命令，甚至舍弃己身，除了自己的神以外，不事奉、不膜拜任何其他神明。

彼拉多就说：“你不与我说话吗？难道你不知道我有权释放你，也有权把你钉上十字架吗？”耶稣回答：“如果权柄不是从上面赐给你的，你就对我没有任何权柄。所以，把我交给你的人有更大的罪。”

王开口对但以理说：“你既然能显明这奥秘，那么你们的神真是万神之神、万王之主，是显明奥秘的那一位！”

现在我发出命令，在我国的一切权柄之下，人人都要在但以理的神面前恐惧战兢——因为他是永生的神，他永远长存，他的国度不会毁灭，他的权柄没有穷尽！

勇士啊，你为什么以作恶自夸呢？神的慈爱是长存的！
