我本来有能力可以伤害你，但昨天晚上，你们父亲的神对我说：‘你要小心，不可与雅各说什么。’

I have the power to harm you; but last night the God of your father said to me,‘ Be careful not to say anything to Jacob, either good or bad.’

但愿亚伯拉罕的神、拿鹤的神，就是他们父亲的神，在我们中间判断。”雅各就指着他父亲以撒所敬畏的神起誓。

如果不是我父亲的神，就是亚伯拉罕的神，以撒所敬畏的神，与我同在，你现在必定打发我空手回去。但神看见了我的苦情和我手中的辛劳，所以他昨天晚上责备了你。”

耶和华站在梯子上，说：“我是耶和华你祖父亚伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神，我要把你现在躺着的这块地赐给你和你的后裔。

当天晚上，神在梦中来到亚兰人拉班那里，对他说：“你要小心，不可与雅各说什么。”

至于目前的事，我劝你们不要管这些人，由他们吧！因为这计划或这行动，如果是出于人意，终必失败；如果是出于神，你们就不能破坏他们，恐怕你们是与神作对了。”他们接受了他的劝告，

他走近坑边的时候，就用哀痛的声音呼叫但以理，对但以理说：“永活神的仆人但以理啊！你常常事奉的神能搭救你脱离狮子吗？”

他说：“主啊，你是谁？”主说：“我就是你所迫害的耶稣。

约书亚对众民说：“耶和华以色列的神这样说：‘古时你们的列祖，就是亚伯拉罕和拿鹤的父亲他拉，住在大河那边；他们事奉别的神。我把你们的祖先亚伯拉罕，从大河那边带来，领他走遍迦南地，使他的后裔增多，把以撒赐给他；

尼布甲尼撒说：“沙得拉、米煞、亚伯尼歌的神是应当称颂的，他差遣使者拯救那些倚靠他的仆人；他们违抗王的命令，宁愿舍命，除了自己的神以外，不肯事奉敬拜任何其他的神。

“你们要对犹大王希西家说：‘不要让你所信靠的神欺骗你说：耶路撒冷不会交在亚述王的手中。

彼拉多对他说：“你不对我说话吗？你不知道我有权释放你，也有权把你钉十字架吗？”耶稣说：“如果不是从天上给你权柄，你就无权办我；因此，把我交给你的那人，罪更重了。”

王对但以理说：“你们的神真是万神之神，万王之王，又是显明隐秘事的，因为你能把这隐秘的事显明出来。”

现在我下令，我所统治的全国人民都要在但以理的神面前战兢恐惧。“他是永活的神，他永远长存；他的国度永不灭亡，他的统治直到永远。

勇士啊！你为什么以作恶自夸呢？神的慈爱是常存的。
