毋庸拾薪於田、伐木於林、惟燒器械、昔則見攘於人、今則攘人、昔則見擄於人、今則擄人、我耶和華已言之矣。

爾父乃欺我、十易我值、頻欲害我、而上帝不容。若云、斑點者為我值、而群畜咸生斑點。若云、斑圈者為我值、而群羊皆有班圈。

蓋二人財貨充盈、牲畜成群、所旅之地褊小、不能同居。○
